Through our internship program, we build long-term partnerships with universities to identify and nurture new talent and to attract students to join Hoffman after graduation. The program offers interns full-time training during the summer vacation or over the year. Through the program, they gain valuable work experience and expand their own network for career development.
This also provides a platform for our junior team member to develop leadership skills by acting as mentors.
The program won a Silver Stevie Award last year and a Bronze Excellence in Graduate Recruitment Development/HR Distinction Award in 2019.

Taking time off is important to recharge, spend time with family and take care of personal matters. The Hoffman Agency provides a variety of leaves: Annual Leave, Birthday Leave, Marriage Leave (including LGBTQ), Paid Sick Leave, Compassionate Leave, Reward & Recognition Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave and Sabbatical leave.
In additional of normal time off, we offer a break differs from a "vacation" or "time off", people packing their bag and heading anywhere to reflect and recharge. Employees are entitled to a one-time 20 days recurring sabbatical after working with Hoffman continuous for every 4 years.

BUILDING BRIDGES PROGRAM
A remarkable opportunity to experience another culture and work environment. An assignment for a specific period that allows employees to work at a Hoffman office around the world.
A platform for team members to work from Hoffman offices around the world while leveraging their personal trips. A hotel subsidy will be given.
A designated time for team-building exercises or wellbeing activities, which have included a music jam, art jam, cooking dinner for charity, beach clean-up, peak walking, meditation and an evening at the movies.
HA MOMENT – HAPPY FRIDAY
The last Friday of each month is also designated as a half-day with the afternoon off for personal time to refresh and recharge.
A little appreciation goes a long way. We give all team members a small amount to subsidise their mobile data or wellness expense.
NO MEETING FRIDAY
Help team members to unclutter their minds and focus on what they need to do. We see this as important for creativity, productivity and general wellbeing in a world where meetings can easily dominate everything, leaving limited time to think or strategize.
Stay hungry with learning - Hoffman provide training and workshops to engage our team members in career development. We provide a transparent review platform for line managers and their team members can work together to reach a common goal. We established a peer-to-peer communication network across Asia for brainstorming, sharing of best practice and challenges, or they even simply say "hi" for relationship building and emotional support.
